Mixtape: The ASAP Tape

Afternoon music heads. Pray you are making it through the week smoothly. I have another mixtape to present to you all the way from the west side. MC's Donte Peace and Seattle based music group Fresh Preserves' very own Harlem Brown come together to give us way more than the average joe rappers that flood our tainted air waves. Although Titled 'The ASAP Tape', Do not be turned off by the name because these two are nothing like rapper ASAP Rocky. Donte Peace and Halrem of Fresh Preserves (which consists of Producer B. Roc, MC's Mike Mack and Harlem Brown) have a refreshing sound with a bit of soul in the mix. There is a distinctiveness within their flow that separates them from others but still lets you know they're from the west coast. I also noticed their ability to switch up the flows and do it with grace. They definitely have the skills to really put them and Seattle on the map. No crazy antics, just realness and I respect that. This the first I have heard of them and it puts Seattle in a VERY positive light for hip hop.  If you like this please be sure to check out Fresh Preserves other project The Deep End as well. Looking forward to hearing more in the future and sharing it with you as well.
